Terms of Service

Terradev.cloud

Last updated: September 28, 2026

1. What you're agreeing to

By using any paid tier of Terradev.cloud — including Telinea, Templum, or the hosted services behind the Terradev CLI — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the paid services. Underlying open-source packages remain Apache 2.0 and are unaffected by these terms.

2. The service

Terradev.cloud provides hosted observability, attestation, and infrastructure tooling: Telinea collects and visualizes OpenTelemetry traces; Templum stores tamper-evident event ledgers; the Terradev CLI and MCP servers orchestrate GPU infrastructure. We provide the compute, storage, and API surfaces. You provide the inputs and own the outputs.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your API keys. Don't share them. If a key is compromised, rotate it immediately. Usage billed to your account is your responsibility regardless of who made the calls.

4. Payments and billing

Billing is handled via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, no partial refunds. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Terradev.cloud services to build, host, or operate applications intended to:

  • Produce CSAM or content sexualizing minors
  • Facilitate targeted harassment or violence against specific individuals
  • Generate disinformation at scale for political manipulation
  • Violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. The open source boundary

Our open-source packages are Apache 2.0. You can run them locally, fork them, modify them, and redistribute them freely under those terms. These Terms of Service apply only to the hosted services at Terradev.cloud. Your use of the open-source packages is governed entirely by Apache 2.0.

7. Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but make no SLA guarantees on free tiers. Enterprise customers may negotiate SLA terms separately. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

8. Your data and outputs

You own the traces, events, and outputs you generate. We don't claim any rights to your outputs. We may retain anonymized usage metadata for operational and compliance purposes. We do not sell your data.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terradev.cloud's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address with 14 days notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

Terradev.cloud is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
